LUNA MOSS WOMEN'S CIRCLE

The Luna Moss Women's Circle is a monthly gathering in our peaceful garden sanctuary. A supportive, brave and non-judgmental space for women to collectively sit together, breathe deeply, speak openly and feel held.

Here we honour authenticity, community, and the simple power of togetherness. We look to the work of mother earth, draw on lunar wisdom and nurture our own rhythms through meditation, breath practice, collaboration and sacred rituals.

You will be welcomed with warm herbal tea and healthy snacks, before being guided through a grounding meditation to help you settle and land into the space.

Once our circle is open, everyone in turn will be given the opportunity to give voice to anything they are called to.

We will then close our circle with a meditation to help everything that has come up to distill.
