Autumn is when our fiery yang energy merges into the cooler, calmer yin; when leaves change colour, daylight is shorter and there is the sense that the earth’s energy is gathering inward. A time of transition, Autumn invites us to slow down, reflect and let go. This sumptuous practice offers you the time and space to retreat, while bringing you into balance by mirroring the nature of this glorious season.
Yin and restorative styles of yoga aim to release tension and slow the turbulence of the mind. This will be combined with mindful movement, meditation, breath work, yoga philosophy and poetry, leaving you feeling calm, grounded and relaxed... ready for the season ahead!
You will need props such as blankets, pillows and cushions.
