Our 60 minute classes are open level, meaning various option will be give throughout so you can bespoke your
own practice, making them suitable for all* yogis, including beginners
These slow, flowing sequences are designed to gently energise your body, calm your mind, improve flexibility,
balance and strength, aid relaxation and enhance your mind-body connection.
We also explore mindfulness techniques, breath practices and meditation for a holistic experience that aims to help you
de-stress, unwind and connect with yourself.
If you have pre-paid class passes or a membership, please LOGIN to your account before booking your class.
Please bring your own yoga mat.

CANCELLATION POLICY: Non-refundable. Transferable to another class with 8 hours notice. Latecomers will not be admitted.
