Join us for this special class to raise funds for Chance for Charlie, a fundraiser for ongoing specialist medical treatment for Charlie, a young woman with Elhers-Danlos Syndrome.
This is a donation based class where you choose from a selection of prices according to how much you can donate. Every donation goes towards making a huge difference and is greatly appreciated.
A 75 minute slow flow, open level yoga class will include mindful movement, breathwork and meditation.
Suitable for all levels. Beginners are welcome. Please bring your own yoga mat.
