Practice in the comfort of your own home via Zoom. Take an hour out of your busy schedule for some well-deserved 'you-time'.
This open-level class offers plenty of options so is suitable for all including beginners.
These slow, flowing sequences are designed to gently wake up your body, calm your mind, improve flexibility & strength, aid relaxation and enhance your mind-body connection.
Please bring your own yoga mat.
Please switch off mobile phones and respect social distancing during this class.
A small car park is available at the church on a first come first served basis. There is also on-street parking in the area. Latecomers will not be admitted.
