What better way to start the new year than by joining me for this exclusive online rest and reset mini retreat?! 

After the rush of Christmas it is time to slow down, relax and rekindle self-care. Treat yourself or a loved one to some much needed healing me-time!

During this two hour** workshop we will balance the body and mind with gentle, breath led movement, mindful flows, restorative yin postures, breathwork, meditation, mantra, self massage and guided relaxation.

We will look to both Indian and Chinese yogic teachings to explore ways we can boost our wellbeing and get the most out of the transition from Winter to Spring. These ancient teachings aim to inspire you to release stress, plant and nurture seeds of intention for the year ahead, go with the flow of seasonal changes and invite more ease into your life.

However long you have been practicing yoga, this mini retreat is suitable for all practioners* and abilities.

Find a quiet space in your home and roll out your mat for some well-deserved self care.

You will also need:

  • Props including blocks, straps and bolsters. If you don't have these you can make use of books/catalogues, a dressing gown belt or tie, blankets and cushions- the more the merrier!
  • A small candle- preferably a tealight (keep it unlit until instructed)
  • A drink of tea or water (optional)

Upon booking you will receive a confirmation email. Te day before the retreat you will receive a reminder email containing a single-use Zoom link to the class plus an optional playlist. Before the class simply copy and paste the Zoom link into your web browser.
