Cherish this precious chance to slow down and soften with an indulgent, extended practice of self care.
The stresses and strains of modern life can often leave us feeling anxious, rushed and depleted. This sumptuous practice aims to balance this by pressing pause on daily life and the outside world.
Yin and restorative styles of yoga aim to release tension and slow the turbulance of the mind. This will be combined with gentle movement, meditation, breathwork, yoga philosophy and poetry, leaving you feeling calm, grounded and relaxed... ready for a new month!
Find a quiet space in your home to unroll your mat.
You will also need props such as blankets, pillows and cushions. Yoga blocks and straps are helpful, but if you do not have these you can make use of books, catalogues, scarves and dressing gown belts.
Upon booking you will receive a confirmation email containing a single-use link to the class. Before the class simply copy and paste the link into your web browser. You will also recieve an optional playlist, specially curated for this workshop.
