Create an uplifting and nourishing balance for body mind and heart.
This 60 minute class combines, mindful, flowing movements with grounding, restorative postures for a perfectly balanced yoga practice.
Dynamic and fluid sequences are designed to warm the body and build strength, endurance and flexibility. The quiet, still, restorative postures allow the muscles, organs and nervous system to relax, encouraging a release of tension while balancing energy.
This class will also explore mindfulness techniques, breathwork and meditation.
Suitable for all abilities.
Find a quiet space in your home and roll out your mat for an hour of self care.
Some props may be useful for this practice including blocks, straps and bolsters. If you don't have these you can make use of books/catalogues, a dressing gown belt or tie, blankets and cushions.
