MONDAY: Yoga to De-stress

About the Event
This 60 minute open-level class combines, mindful, flowing sequences with grounding, restorative postures for a perfectly balanced yoga practice which aims to melt away stress and tension.
This class will also explore mindfulness techniques, breathwork and meditation to help you de-stress and unwind.
Suitable for all levels including beginners.
Please bring your own yoga mat. You may also like to bring a blanket/cushion.
Please switch off mobile phones and respect social distancing during this class.
A small car park is available at the church on a first come first served basis. There is also on-street parking in the area. Latecomers will not be admitted.
