During this workshop we will balance the body and mind with gentle, breath led movement, mindful flows, restorative yin postures, breathwork, meditation, self massage and guided relaxation.

We will look to both Indian and Chinese yogic teachings to explore ways we can boost our wellbeing and get the most out of the season of Winter.
