About the Event
During Winter it's natural to crave connection, warmth, soothing rituals and home comforts. Hygge is the Danish way of belonging to the moment. It encompasses a feeling of cosy contentment and well-being, much like yoga.
Ladies, join Yogi Claire for this relaxing and soul-warming day of self-care.
11:45am- Arrive early to check-in and set up yoga mat.
12:00pm – Start the day with an energising yet calming slow flow yoga session. Dedicate time to yourself and learn to find joy in simple daily rituals with this immersive, slow-flowing practise of mindful movement and breathwork. Suitable for all abilities.
1:00pm – Enjoy a nourishing lunch of health-conscious, plant-based comfort food.
2:00pm – Learn the art of tea blending in this interactive workshop and take your perfect blend with you to enjoy at home.
3:30pm – Comfort break to enjoy your handmade tea blend with a sweet treat. Also the chance to chat, journal, meditate...
4:00pm – Snuggle up with a nurturing session of yin yoga and meditation. This slow, relaxing, meditative practise will give you chance to restore and refocus. Suitable for all abilities. Please bring a blanket and a cushion for this practice.
5:30pm – Float home.
Please bring with you: • A yoga mat • A cushion • A blanket • Warm clothes and socks • A notepad and pen • A water bottle
If you do not have one you can hire one for an additional fee. Please add mat hire to your booking if required.
Please note: not suitable for pregnancy. This event is for women only. Tickets are non-refundable. In the event of non-attendance tickets are transferable to another participant. Latecomers will not be admitted.
Mobile phones are required to be switched off or silent during the day to reduce distruption. Alternatively, you are welcoem to hand your phone in at the beginning for a few hours of digital detox.
