Feeling overwhelmed as the world seems to be in such a rush to get back to normal? I invite you to slow down and treat yourself to some well-deserved you time!
Join Yogi Claire at Castle Bromwich Hall Gardens for some alfresco self-care. A nurturing 90 minute, open air yoga practice will take place under a canopy, with the backdrop of the tranquil gardens surrounding you.
Yoga will be followed by your choice of either an indulgent cream tea or croissant breakfast, and the option to explore the gardens at your leisure.
This yoga session will be suitable for all levels, with a focus on relaxation and mindfulness. Gentle, flowing hatha and restorative Yin styles of yoga will be fused together, along with meditation and breath work to help you feel balanced, grounded and rejuvenated.
Ticket includes either a cream tea or croissant breakfast, plus entrance to the gardens. Enhanced hygiene measures and social distancing will be in place to ensure your safety and comfort throughout.
Yoga will begin promptly at 10am.
What to bring:
· A yoga mat
· A cushion/pillow
· Blanket/large towel
· Bottle of water
· Suitable clothing/layers for weather forecast
Please arrive at least 10 minutes early to check in and set up your mat so the class can begin on time.
Terms and conditions: Tickets are non-transferable and non-refundable. Please let us know of any dietary requirements, allergies, injuries or other limitations by completing and returning the health and safety form upon booking. This is essential for securing your place. Please bring your own yoga mat, cushion and blanket as these will not be provided.
If you experience any symptoms of Covid-19 in the run up to this event please let us know as soon as possible. If you display any symptoms during this event please respect that we may ask you to leave in order to protect others.
Suitable for all levels but not during pregnancy. Minimum age to participate is 18.
