Yoga Sundays August 2019

Join Yogi Claire at Urban Coffee Company, Jewellery Quarter on the 1st Sunday of each month at 8:45am.

An hour of yoga will be followed by the option to stay for coffee, tea, cake or breakfast!

This will be a mixed ability class, so everyone is welcome, with options to suit all, combining dynamic Hatha sequences, gentle restorative postures and calming relaxation. Please bring your own mat.

You will be surrounded by the fascinating area of the Jewellery quarter, in a gorgeous, homely space.

After your practice, you are invited to relax and get to know your fellow yogis over a coffee, tea or cold drink from Urban Coffee.

Price includes 1 hour yoga class & regular drink.

Sandwiches, breakfast & cakes are also available from Urban Coffee at an additional charge. If you know you would like a freshly prepared breakfast to be ready straight after your class, you can pre-order by emailing Claire on yogiclairebham@hotmail.com with your order at least two days in advance of the class.

Food will still be available to order on the day.

PLEASE NOTE Yoga mats will not be provided. Please bring your own mat.

Please make Claire aware if you are new to yoga or if you have any existing injuries hat may affect your yoga practice. Please also let her know if you prefer not to be manually assisted during your yoga practice and she will leave you in peace. You will be required to fill in a liability waiver at your first session.
