Join Yogi Claire at Urban Coffee Company, Jewellery Quarter on the 1st Sunday of each month at 8:45am.
An hour of yoga will be followed by the option to stay for coffee, tea, cake or breakfast!
This will be a mixed ability class, so everyone is welcome, with options to suit all, combining dynamic Hatha sequences, gentle restorative postures and calming relaxation. Please bring your own mat.
You will be surrounded by the fascinating area of the Jewellery quarter, in a gorgeous, homely space.
After your practice, you are invited to relax and get to know your fellow yogis over a coffee, tea or cold drink from Urban Coffee.
